Hi.. I have been on IP for ten days now.. and was just wondering what ppl have lost on the diet.. week one i was only 3.6 pounds, but lost alot of inches...
I was also wondering what ppl pay for the packets!?

My main loss was the first 3 weeks. 17 pounds!

I've been on IP for 7 weeks and other then the first 2 weeks have lost 2 pounds a week. I'm at a total of 21 pounds.

6 weeks, 24 lbs.

You can see the results in my signature. Packets are about $4 each when you include the taxes here. RTD's are a little more expensive.

I have lost 50lbs in 10 weeks

I lost 42lbs. in 4 months that was 10.5lbs per month, some weeks were higher than others depending on that time of the month and such.

I pay $4 a packet

I don't think there was any other way to loose this much weight that quickly and learn how to keep it off.

I've lost 11.8 in my first 3 weeks. Hoping to make it to 15 at my 4 week weigh in Thursday.
