So this morning when i got up. i was 195.2 ('d lost 6oz at least!)
but then i wasn't feeling well (stressed/nervous) - so i was in the bathroom a bit this morning (TMI i know, i'm sorry!)
i got on the scale and i was 193.8
do i take the 195 or the 193?
a lot of the time during the day, i weigh less than when i wake up despite food and water intake. It's not always after exercise either.
195 or 193?
I'm a person who usually goes for the "higher" number if there's a question.
Here's why: If the lower number is the true weight-loss then it'll show next week as long as I stick on plan. If it wasn't and it was just the scale being dumb, then next week it might show a gain and I might feel the tiniest bit annoyed by that.
So... I stick with the higher number. I'd say whatever seems reasonable to you. Or you could also weigh yourself in tomorrow morning instead to see if the weight loss is similar.
I think Lovely is right. I weigh every morning, after I pee and before I eat, and that's the number I log for that day. Inevitably I end up hopping on the scale after that just out of curiosity, but whether I go up or down during the day, the morning is the one I stick with.
