  • Well all...this journey has been an interesting one (to say the least). I made it...I lost 60 pounds in 9 months. I did it using a gourmet frozen food delivery service called Bistro MD for the first 3 months and calorie counting for the remainder. For exercise I worked my way up to running 4 days/week @ 5.4 miles each run (21 miles/week). I also do (sporatically) pullups on my under the door pullup bar (up to 10 reps for 2-3 sets with the last set falling between 3-4 reps). That's it. I have wonderful equipment at home to use, but as you will see from the dust...it hasn't been used. My old beat up trusty craigslist bought treadmill is all the training this bod gets!

The life lessons I've learned are too many to mention here, but the one that comes to mind most prevalently is that of MODERATION. All things in moderation.

Here's some pictures of me at my highest weight of 209 and just 2 days ago. Sorry, but don't have many fat pics cuz I really hid from the camera at my highest weight.
