I joined this site wayyyy back when and have recently started checking it out again. I have decided to lurk no more!
Anyhow, I am SUPER active - I bike at least 10 miles a day (to and from work) plus an hour or so of other exercise a day. (I've mainly been doing the Insanity workouts after finishing p90x a month or so ago.) Point being, I have PLENTY of self control when it comes to exercise. Not so much with diet. This stems mainly from the fact that I'm a baker, and have the world's worst sweet tooth.
I eat SO healthy when I'm not at work, but all the cupcakes are catching up with me! I'm trying to kick the sugar addiction once and for all so all my exercise isn't totally cancelled out!
