I've always been pretty thin... until I quit smoking, that is. I always thought that the weight gain after quitting rumor was BS... well, it's not. Anyway, I'm not worried about talking about the smoking issue...
My question is... I finally have a butt (not big... just nice and round) and I REALLY don't want to lose that! I've always had a pretty flat butt, so I'm enjoying this... how do I lose the belly and thighs without losing the butt? Is this even possible... or am I dreaming here?


I don't think it's possible to pick where your body will lose weight and where it won't. However, you can do some weight training to build up the booty muscles and possibly give a rounder appearance? You may want to check out the exercise portion of this forum. I wish I could lose weight anywhere but my boobs, but I still haven't figured that one out yet!
