Well after all this time, i figured out why i get so tired going to work, and why i start hurting. No biggy. I constantly think about being on time for work. I set the alarm yesterday, thought for the correct time, however it wasn't. Went to be Sunday and Monday at 9, wake up every 1.5 hours. Didn't realize it until being off, and realizing, I was sleeping great. Now I'm not. What can I do about it. Nothing. Oh well.
I lost weight last night at Tops. Also had a couple of problems going on, but I gave my two cents, and left it at that.
Sherri- I'm glad you are excited about the job. You really need this. You will be fine, and you will learn a lot. Just remember to try and keep it fun some. I've been reading the one book, behind one. But will get there. I think all of them are pretty good. How is the one you got from the library. How is the lunch thing going. ? See when things are meant to be, they work out perfectly.
Well off to get a note typed. Not much more going on here.

Congratulations on the loss. See I told you that you would lose girl. Good for you. You have to learn to sleep at night girl.LOL Give it a week back to routine and things might be better.

As for me today was the first day of my new job. It was great. I was busy all day long. Took calls and actually made some work orders on my own from the calls so the boss wouldn't have to handle them. That is what he wants. I have a lot to learn. I think I am starting to make sense of some stuff. After she left today I typed up all my notes and put them into a binder. I used them after she was gone. That is one good thing I am a good note taker.LOL Then I have to ask less questions afterward. I had a great day and didn't even mind the routine.
Megan had a great day to. But she said on the way home mom can you tell paul that you can't work as long tomorrow I am tired.LOL I said I can't honey I have to work until 4 everyday. But I did get out late because I got there late from dropping her off and figuring everything out for the first day. Laid out megan's clothes tonight. It took her 15 min to decide what she was going to wear. We didn't have 15 min to waste on that. So we did that tonight. So she is all set. I said you can't change your mind about your outfit in the morning either.LOL
I think this will work out great. I don't have the time or want to make the time to go to curves though. I am getting home late enough. We got home at 5:30 tonight. That is late for me. Then I forgot to turn on the crockpot of chili this morning when I made it. Thought it was on and it wasn't. So dinner wasn't done when I got home. The vegetables weren't soft but I ate it anyway I was hungry.
I got up at 5:30 and did my exercise this morning. I did the 29 min workout which is a high impact aerobic tape for something different and I kept up with it. That is a good thing for me. I will do the tonetics tomorrow morning.

Well I have to write in my journal and think about going to bed. I am tired to wendy. Hey I got in the rest of the books I just have to go pick them up. I have been reading the diet alternative and I like it.
