Sorry, im new and i dont know if this has been asked but i need to know..
I HATE the protein shakes i bought at the only grocery store we have..Its the only protein shake we have besides Atkins Advantage...

I CANT STAND the protein shake.. i have to plug my nose and it makes me gag..The atkins shakes are WAY more tolerable..Question is: Am i allowed them????
