    As of today am dicthing my scale for good, just out grown it and am now focus more on my waist and sizes.

    I am happy to share my NSV.. I lost 4 inches on my waist!!!! May 70..June 66! My pants are loosen,,and feels wonderful!!! My walking and climbing stairs daily is working!! Yahooo!!!!
