I joined a group of people determined to lose 10pounds by June 1st, however, instead of losing, i gained 3pounds, i am determined to remain focused and lose all the excess weight i'm carrying around one at a time.

Today's the first day that I really feel better and, of course, it's the day I have to work late out of the week, here's hoping I still manage enough energy for a workout tonight!
