Hey ladies! We all know that losing weight slowly, working out and staying hydrated are the main ways to prevent sagging skin during weight loss. Are there other things you've added to your routine to keep your skin from sagging while losing weight? I've read things about firming lotion, taking lecithin, dry brushing etc... and I was just wondering if you've tried any of these things and what your opinion is on them.
