I am new to this support group...I went for my first consult for Ideal Protein today and I am going to start tomorrow . I found this site and I am encouraged by all the support .I am starting at the highest I have ever been NEVER TO RETURN ........

This site is awesome for the encouragements as well as all the tips and food ideas so you don't get bored! Today I am on day 3 ..second time around trying IP and this is helping me stay me right on track
