300+ Wellness Goals-June 2011

  • Here's how it works: Everyone of us has wellness goals. Break those goals up into small, achievable steps and challenge yourself to meet your goals by the end of the month. They can be a number of pounds lost; please keep it reasonable and safe, dietary goals, goals to change your mindset, etc. Let's all support and encourage each other on this life long journey. Don't get discouraged if you don't meet your goal, just keep on challenging yourself.

    You can join at any time.

    Remember goals should be...
    ■S = Specific
    ■M = Measurable
    ■A = Attainable
    ■R = Realistic
    ■T = Timely

  • 1. Stay below 200 g carbs at least 4x a week.
    2. At least 2500 calories burned in the pool each week on average for the month.
    3. No sweet treats more than 3 days per week (no matter how small/few calories).
    4. No weekend days over 2000 calories.
  • No (mindless) snacking
    Walk 30mins 5x a week
    Break out of the 330's
  • *Lose between 5 and 8 pounds for the month.
    *Stay below 50 net grams of carbs a day.
    *Meet or pass my exercise minutes goal.
  • Journal my food intake as accurately as possible.

    Eat no more than 3000 calories or less a day. With most days around 2500

    Workout 4+times a week cardio or cardio/weight combos, and be "active" (walking etc) at least 6 days a week.
  • 1. Lose 5 lbs this month
    2. Exercise everyday with a total 1000 minutes for the month
    3. Get At least 150 mins a week of walking
    4. Eat more vegetables and fruits
    5. be more accountable for what I eat
    6. go another month Binge free
  • -Walk 35 miles
    -Drink 16 ounces of water before breakfast
    -Track all food
  • 1. Continue daily walk at work with W.
    2. Begin daily afternoon walks with P, as weather and pollen level permits.
    3. By the end of June walking at least 1 mile without stopping for each walking session.
    4. Continue whole-food centered healthy eating choices.
  • June tomorrow!!

    1 - Loose 4 kilos
    2 - Drink 6 glasses of water everyday
    3 - Be more active than May

    4. Go to the pool - out in public in my swimmy suit!
    5. Go hiking and camping

    and this is my super wish goal:

    2. Exercise at least 3 days a week.
    3. Track my food daily
    4. Take my vitamins daily
    5. Drink 64 ounces of water daily

    I am so thankful for the support here. I am struggling with getting back on track but it is so nice to know that I can turn here for support AND accountability! Thank you.
  • IM starting the month doing great...I got 6 points yesterday.I didnt get a point for no snacking. I picked up a few peanutbutter filled pretzels before I thought about it. Exercise yesterday was weeding the garden with a hoe. It took me an hour. I also got in a half mile of walking.

    And down another 1.8 this week. I'm on a roll now people.
