Moving Down

  • The scale is moving in the right direction. I've reached and passed my 5% goal and in 5 pounds away from my 10% goal at 172

  • I have been dieting since about April 11, 2011 (wasn't really sticking to it at first and I was hardly exercising). I've dropped 11 lbs so far. I'm so excited I'm now going to the gym on my lunch (5 days a week) and coming home and working on my abs (3 days a week). Good luck to you all!
