Alternative options in stores?

  • I'm going to run out of funds at some point... not sure when. I don't think I have enough to get me through to goal though. Are there any alternative products that can be bought in stores? I prefer not to purchase online if possible. (and when I say any, I mean soups, puddings, etc. not just eas shakes or pure protein bars)

Thank you! I have at least enough for one more month, but I want to plan ahead and be ready for when the money runs out!
  • Hi Kay . Do you have a Dr. Bernstein clinic near your home? There isn't one near me, but I have read on the Alternatives thread that Dr. B. clinics carry similar items to IP products, but at a much lower cost. I don't remember who posted it, but apparently you don't have to be a Dr. B. Client to shop there. If you're willing to give online shopping a try, Nashua Nutrition has quite a big variety of IP friendly choices, at roughly 1/3 the price. Shipping in the U.S. is free for orders over $100.

    Good luck with your shopping
  • I don't have one. Looks like it's only in Florida in the States.

We have a place in Colorado (Slimgenics) that has some similar products. I'm just not sure if they compare nutrition wise and I have no idea how much they cost!
  • alot of people say they use eas ready to drink in the low carb, you can get them at sam's
  • I'll check those out. I'd like to find some soups and puddings and stuff too, but anything will help! I wish I could stay on IP products for the duration. I really like and trust them. Maybe I'll win big in Vegas!
