  • How much protein is everyone getting daily?

  • which program are you on by the way? looks like youve had a lot of success?
  • About 110 gm, which I think is high. But I can't seem to eat less than that. To offset all the acid production, I eat a lot of vegetables. Like 10-14 servings a day.

  • porthardygurl, Im not really on a program. I have tried tons of programs and if any of them worked for me long term I wouldnt be doing it all over again. I am just trying to worry about the quality of the food I am putting in my body. Fruits vegetables good carbs lean protein and some dairy. I have pcos too so I am trying to see if eating a lot of protein increases my weight loss. I am also breastfeeding and that has a lot to do with my success. You burn 300-500 calories a day just from milk production. I also dont drink any calories. I am just moving more, eating better, and staying hydrated honestly. I am just now starting to write down what I am eating to see if there is a difference when my protein in higher. Or when my carbs are lower. Just trying to find out the best way to eat for my body.
  • Your question made me go back through my records to see how my protein intake is... not so good. I am only getting 30-40g a day. Now I have to figure out how to fix that...
