Hi all-
We're having a "healthy pot luck" at work. These things REALLY stress me out because I'm so self conscious about my cooking abilities!
Does anyone have any go-to healthy/WW recipes for social events?

. Use 1 lb ground turkey and 1 box of whole wheat pasta. Boil the pasta and set aside. Brown the turkey in a frying pan and then put it right into the crock pot with tomato sauce, chopped green peppers, chopped onion, garlic, salt, pepper and oregano. Let it cook for 3-4hrs on low in the crock pot (until peppers are soft). When you are ready to serve add the pasta into the crock pot and stir, you're done
. Easy and it is yummy!
