Hi all,
I've had this website bookmarked on my iphone for months and haven't had the nerve to actually join and post, but here I am.
I have been working out since September 2010, eating healthier since January 2011, and am seeing the pounds come off, slowly.
I know I'm not being as strict with my eating as I should be, so here I am joining so I can be more accountable to others, since I know that helps!

Congrats on your success so far! I'm a fan of "slow and steady wins the race" (and your weight loss doesn't sound that slow to me, either!
