Whats peoples meal plan for today..

  • I sometimes find this help me if i write things down..

    Breakfast - Vitality yogurt - 2points

    Snack - Lemon and rasins biscuts - 2points

    Lunch - Egg and cheese salad with Lfat mayo 7 points

    snack WW crips - 2 points

    so far have used up 13 points and my daily pro points is 29 so still have 16 points for dinner left.
  • Well I had my sultana Bran for brekkie, then 3 ryvita and 3 light laughing cow for lunch, plus a 'nana and an apple. Not sure what is for dinner. I have some cooked noodles so may do something with some Quorn chicken pieces and a bit of an oriental sauce.
