Weight loss

  • I need to lose a little bit of weight, how would I go about doing this healthily? Should I run every morning?
  • Are you currently running or looking to start? I've been running about 2 years but I personally never run more than 2 days in a row. On the days I do not run, I either do yoga or aerobics. And at least one day a week, I do nothing in the form of cardio.
