and looking to lose 15-20 lbs. I am 5'6-1/2 and weighed this morning 165 lbs. I don't have a huge appetite but tend to overeat if I let myself get hungry. I am hampered by the fact that strenuous exercise is actually not good for me as I had infantile paralysis - aka polio. Aerobic swimming and stationary bike are good. I would like to lose 15 pounds in one month with the only caveat PLEASE let me have 2 glasses of wine a day. Just a long established habit since I lived for years in Europe and South America. I love to drink water and non fat milk (latter I can give up if necessary). Can easily give up sweets - I like apples, oranges grapes other citrus. Fish is good; any other wine lovers out there who can help structure something?
