After being confused and down all day about why I haven't lost any this week (I always look forward to typing in a new number for my 3FC ticker every week
) I wondered.. can this be down to my period being due? I always feel the urge to snack my face off around that time of the month, and I was thinking the weight might be water-retention.Am I making a mountain of a molehill? This has put me off-kilter all day. :/ Maybe that's another sign I'm due on - the blues!!



I'm really hoping that this time next week the weight's gone down!!
