I know this came up before and my apologies for not being able to find it. I am going to try the exchange program and was wondering which books were good to show exchanges for food? I did buy the TOPS book so I have some. Another question.....the diabetic exchanges shown on packages....are they the same as the TOPS exchanges? If they are....does anyone know what all the symbols stand for or where I could find out? I guess one of the diabetic sites.
