1 week down!

  • Well i think i did very well this past week i did alot of walking alot of fruits and veggies and tons of water...i was scared i wouldnt see results (ive had to many diet flops) but i got on my scale and weighed myself in....4.2 pounds GONE! who knew i would be so happy to lose weight. Even ran over to my moms and told her she did a little happy dance!

    Ahaha, don't you love it when that happens? I always give the same answer when people ask me: "Eating less, moving more!" And even though that's kind of a simplified way to put it, that's basically the key to it for me.

  • Hi Chase 1984 - congratulations on your loss! This was my first week back on WW too - I lost 3 lbs., so I know how you feel! I know it works, because I lost about 25 lbs. on WW last year. We did great this week, let's keep going for week 2! Did you ever think you'd WANT to say "I"m a loser!" hee-hee...
