  • So, how did your day go?

    Here's mine:

    B~ hard-boiled egg (1/2 yolk) X 2, IP vanilla RTD drink box, coffee;
    L~ salad (iceberg, 1 piece tomato, cucumber) with dressing (olive oil, apple cider vinegar, sea salt, lemon juice, garlic, dijon), IP broccoli cheese soup;
    S ~ Celery (3 stalks) with sea salt;
    D~ Trout & haddock, mixed broccoli and cauliflower, asparagus
    S~ David's tea (The Skinny)
    S~ IP chocolate RTD drink box (planned)

    Ex~ It was beautfiful out earlier today and I spent my lunch hour walking around downtown with a colleague

    Hi~ (see exercise!) + I had a really productive day at the office (I actualy enjoy when I have to do event planning... even if it is a boring pension summit that I am planning) + 2 other people noticed my weight loss... one colleague said: "Sue, you are really shrinking!" and I really loved that!

    Lo~ My DH (dear husband) is working late... and will be working long hours tomorrow too.
  • B~ IP vanilla pudding, peppermint tea;
    S~ Raw Broccoli
    L~ salad (romaine with cucumbers) with dressing (WF Honey Dijon), IP tomato basil soup with sauteed mushrooms, dill and sea salt;
    D~ Steamed chicken breast with cauliflower, cucumber and romaine lettuce salad with oil/vinegar/dill dressing
    S~ warm IP chocolate drink with a "shot" of almond extract

    Ex~ 40 minute walk at lunch-time

    Hi~ The gorgeous weather (no rain, wind or snow , and the beautiful colors in the evening sky.

    Lo~ Very tired...It was an exhausting week with having 2 fainting spells on Tuesday...
  • B - Pineapple Banana Drink
    L - Salad with tomatoes green peppers, red onions, pickles, and EVOO
    D - Steak, mushrooms, and peppers
    S - Vanilla PB bar

    Ex - Walking around Lowe's

    Hi - Driving to work with sunroof open

    Lo - Driving home with windshield wipers on
  • Oh darn, I put that in the Thurs thread.. here goes for the right day. Yesterday started out OP, but then it wasn't. That's all I am going to say about that.

    B- Rice Krispy Cereal Pancakes
    L- Broccoli and 2 hard boiled eggs
    D- Ham, zucchini
    S- Caramel Nut Bar
    (I'm on phase 2, btw)
    EX- none, just the usual of laundry, cooking, working, cleaning house, running after my 5 kids..
    Hi- loving my collarbone, I can really see it after a long time of it being hidden.
    Lo- feeling bloated after a BAD day yesterday!!
