I splurged and bought a container of Siggi's Orange and Ginger yogurt. Ohmygod, it is amazing. It's apparently Icelandic, it's super super dense and delicious. Only 100 calories. Wish it wasn't so pricey (I think it was 1.79 for a little 5.3 oz container) but it was definitely worth it. There are a lot of great flavors to try!

It has 14g of protein - kept me full until lunch. 100 calorie winner!

Love that stuff! I mix it in my oatmeal to make a perfectly balanced breakfast that lasts many hours into my shift at work
