Just wanted to post and introduce myself really... major newbie here - I've never really used a forum so it'll take a little getting used to.

Joined for support and encouragment, and one day I will wow everyone who thinks I can lose weight! I've got about 3 and a half stone to lose until I'm at a happy weight, fed up of being like this!
