This thread is for all those who are wanting to lose weight and want to go about losing that weight taking small steps. After 21 consecutive days, your small steps just may become a habit. =) What will your small steps be for January?

Neek's Small Steps
My small steps goals for January are to elimate soda from my diet, do at least 30 minutes of exercise at least 3 times a week, and eliminate junk food from my diet. I plan to take one step at a time and gradually add on the other steps.
My goal for this week is eliminating soda. I think I can do that! =)

Small steps is a really good approach. I quit drinking sodas (diet and regular) two years ago and I think that it has really helped me.
