Newbie

  • Hello Newbie here, Just saying hello and could really do with some help and motivation, This is my third time at weight watchers and have lost 12lb in 15 weeks , need to lose a stone to get to goal weight which is soooooo hard but seem to have hit a wall.... a chocolate wall!! This is my big downfall and what got me up to 17 stone, i have yo yo dieted for 15 yrs i am 11 stone now but could easily eat my way back up to 17 stone no problem, Had a really bad week and put on 4lb, I find it very hard at night this is when i can really eat. Feel really depressed and unmotivated, Then i came across this forum and hopefully can find someone who understands thanks for reading....... Tracy
  • Welcome! Chocolate, yummy, it is the cause of many of the pounds I need to lose. Search stores and see if you can find a low calorie chocloate snack that you like. I have found that a Kellogg's chocolate chip fiber bar really takes my chocolate cravings away. Also, if you are counting calories, not sure how WW works now, leave some extra points/calories for you to enjoy a small night time snack.
