NSV - Thank you P90X!

  • So I have always hated my arms. Because of always hovering around 180-200 lbs and due to genetics, they have always been on the large side. Even at 145, they are still bigger than I would like.

However, I am just about done with week 6 of P90X and look at my results so far:

I can now see muscles in my arms when doing simple things, like washing my hands. LOVE IT!!!!
  • Wow!!! Way to go!!!
  • Holy crap! Look at what you brought to the gun show!
  • Wow!! That is awesome!
  • Wow! They look amazing!
  • ::goes home and gets her p90x dvd's back out::

I've done it once & was just Tuesday thinking about doing it again... HHM. This might be my inspiration..

    Also:

Kate - I don't know if you remember, but I also did P90X last fall/winter. I got halfway through and then got bored with it and started doing other things. Then i was getting bored with everything. So I figured I would go back to the X because at least its a kick *** work out even if I do get tired of seeing the same people every day.
  • wow go you

ps.. may i ask what is P90X
  • I need a like button on that picture ROFL
  • I hope my arms look half as good! My main goal is to get flat belly and toned arms, the rest, I don't care about!
  • galway - P90X is a DVD workout program. You've probably skimmed past the infommercial before. Its a set of 12 DVD's with a main focus on weight training. There is a schedule that you follow for 90 days.

I do remember that! I did the lean version all the way through and it was pretty amazing.. But now I'm down in weight (like, 25lbs since then) so I think it might make a bigger (ie: more noticeable) difference.

    DECISIONS, DECISIONS.
