Hey everyone!
New here and new to the Atkins thingy. It's been four days and 3lbs. later I guess I am doing something right! I have to tell you, after doing the low fat, low cal thing for so long it's a bit of a shocker to be able to eat the amount of fat I'm eating and still be loosing weight. It's hard to get past that when you see it in writing!
I had severe sugar withdrawls the second day but today, no cravings at all!!
Okay, question. I've been using FitDay.com (love it by the way!!!) and my question is this. It says I have 14 carbs for today and then 6 of fiber. Do I subtract the fiber content from the carb content for the "Atkins" carbs??
