After my endoc appt next week, I'm going to see my mom's acupuncture lady for stress/anxiety and talk about my PCOS stuff too.

All this new eldercare stuff we're going through is stressing us out, so I figure at the very least between my massage appt and acupuncture it may help with the stress...

...but I was wondering if anyone has done acupuncture for PCOS and what that was like?

I have not tried acupuncture but have heard good things. If you do decide to try please let me know how it went. I was considering it for fertility with PCOS.

My mom recommended acupuncture but I never did it.

I think you should try it and see if it helps! I'm all for it. It helped my mother with her RA.
