I work in television and today I'm shooting a commercial alllll day long. The worst thing about being on set is all of the free food!! I usually eat mindlessly throughout the day because it's there and I'm bored (long days). I'm only a few days into my diet and this is a huge struggle for me today! For breakfast I said no to french toast, hash browns and donuts and i ate a banana and some nuts. It's getting to be closer to lunch and my instinct is to snack. I've been trying to stay away from the craft service table which is filled with candy, chips, cookies, pastries, cheese dip etc!!
I've already eaten 2 mini resees peanut butter cups and a Hershey's kiss. Everytime I eat something I make sure to log it into my food journal so I can have an idea of what each bite actually costs me.
What are some things you do in situations where you're around all the wrong types of food? I used to love this part of my job haha which is why I'm on this diet in the first place!!
