1 week of working out everyday

  • Today is the 9th day of my healthy living and the beginning of my life goals.

    I have spent most my life as an overweight and unhealthy person.
    in the last 9 days i have reached three major mini goals!

    1. i went to the gym for 6 days straight.
    2. I went to the gym by myself. (it was very hard)
    3. I sped walked/ ran to my boyfriends house from my house. (about 3 miles)

  • I know how hard it is to get in the exercise routine. It looks like you are indeed there though! Woohoo! Good for you! Don't let a day go by that you don't get in your workout--at least 6 days a week anyway.
  • Sounds like are on track. We are similar height and weigh, I started 3 weeks ago and have lost 5 pound. Most of my exercise is alone and I don't mind. Keep up the good work.

    hi there yes we are! i was so scared to go by myself just because i didnt feel comfortable in the gym. after 10 days it weird! its like i love the gym and i feel so welcomed. I feel at home and on top of the world. haha

  • That is fantastic! Keep up the great work. I know firsthand how easy it is to talk yourself OUT of working out, as I found out last night when I had all but talked myself out of it but finally realized I really wanted and needed to keep my current momentum going. You should be proud of your effort and perserverance.

    I once did p90x for weeks on end trying to control my weight. I did lose, but my knees were killing me. Now being raw, I don't think about my weight, 3" to go before I have my 29" waist. Now i exercise for my heart, muscle tone, and to get my lymph moving

  • I knoe how it feels to know have someone to workout with. I dont go to the gym but I do it outside. 6 days are awesome.
