After reach goal: transition to raw/green smoothies or Paleo?

    Just before starting MRC again I was *hooked* on green smoothies; absolutely craved them! My skin glowed, fingernails got better, energy was really good. Much to my dismay, however, I wasn't losing weight. Probably because I was also eating lean meat and healthy fats on the side. i think the fruit necessary for the smoothies to taste good makes it hard to lose weight unless you are only doing green smoothies in your diet (which I was not able to do...needed that protein and fat.

    Has anybody gone from a successful MRC program to a raw or mostly raw food lifestyle, using green smoothies, or to a Paleo way of eating? Most of the gals in my CrossFit gym lose slowly on Paleo...really slowly! which is why I'm trying to get some weight loss going in conjunction with the fitness. But I would love to end up with a lean meat/healthy fats/lots of raw diet in the end, after I've reached my goal.

    Has anybody tried this and been able to maintain their loss?
