Hi! I recently started buying cookies from a local restaurant in Metro-Detroit Michigan called Friar Tucks (actually it might just be Friars now). They have a nice variety of flavors and they state the cookies are only 75 calories. They are rather large and thick and cakey. I am just concerned that these cookies may not only be 75 calories. I am currently calorie counting and would hate to mess up my progress if they are falsey advertising. There is no official nutrition lable on the cookies, just a label they make that states the fat, calories, and fiber. If anyone has any information on these cookies, or the laws regarding nutrition facts on products, please let me know. Thank you so much!

Years ago when I was doing Weight Watchers I think this came up. Google around - I think it was a misleading label
I am from Detroit. They make them with cereals ect to add a lot of bulk. Note the odd texture, but they were very good with the frozen treat they also sold. For me (and that reason) they were always an "eat in" treat.
