THE BLUE TECHNIQUE
This technique makes you feel (slightly) queasy about eating.
Have you ever noticed that not many foods are blue in color?
i mean THIS TYPE OF BLUE.
It's kinda .. ugh.
Imagine rice/pasta/chocolate in that color!
ABOUT THIS TECHNIQUE
This technique was found in a japanese fashion magazine. Japan (as you may know) is famous for their many quirky diets and also for their very slim people. Examples of these are the Morning Banana Diet and Diet Water (what???). The Blue Technique ( I'm unsure of the real name.. probably something like Daieto no Aoi or something ... ) is among the weird but slightly helpful ideas that come from the land of the rising sun!
HOW TO DO THIS
1. You can wear blue sunglasses (rather hard to find unfortunately).
2. You can add food coloring to your rice and pasta when cooking OR you can add it to cakes and cookies when you're baking!
3. Eat off blue colored plates and use blue colored cutlery! (Very pretty and colorful!)
Please note that this may not work for everyone.
Please note that too much food coloring may be harmful, so only add this to things that you simply cannot resist.
If Blue isn't disgusting enough for you, you can try green, black, orange, red, etc...
