The weather across much of the country has been horrific - and i'm just wondering if you're all safe and sound. Hope you and your families aren't flooded or in shelters, or have lost your homes.

we're OK here in Joisey - just a lot of rain and wind. some people will be flooded out AGAIN [third or fourth time in 6 weeks, i think], but I'm safe and sound.

i'm in Oregon. It's been raining for the past 4 months. I'm just soggy.

NO tornadoes near me in the midwest, and I have power. But the yard is saturated with water and I have standing puddles, which I have not seen in 20 years.
It is a really wet spring. And windier than I have ever seen.

Flood warning here. The ground will not soak in any more water. It has nowhere to go.

And we will have more showers on and off for the next week. I just hope the farmers can get their equipment into the fields soon, or grain and sugar will go up in price.

We are in Atlanta and we are doing fine. The tornadoes that did touch down were near us but not close enough to do any damage. Where I live we mostly had rain and a wonderful breeze. But after the rain stopped it got uncomfortably hot.

I'm in North Jersey too Jiffy! It was raining real bad earlier today, and I LOVED every minute of it! I feel bad for those that get flooded though. Hope everyone is okay!

It's been wet and rainy in Ohio but today was gorgeous. I really hope everyone is okay where the Tornadoes were. It's so sad that people have lost thier homes and stuff. I pray for them.

Joisey- I have a newfound respect for you for saying it that way. I'm in Michigan- we've had rain rain rain and high winds, tornado warnings and watches, but so far nothing too bad.

i'm in southern illinois, other then some crazy thunderstorms that passed by everything is ok
