I've just started really working to lose weight, and I'm doing well so far. I've lost 8 pounds in 6 weeks, which I know is a really healthy rate of weight loss. I feel really good about that, but when I think about my goal it just seems so incredibly far away and it makes me nervous. I still have 125 lbs I need to lose to get to my ultimate goal. That's a big freaking number. Kind of scares me sometimes.....
Does this make anyone else nervous too?
