A big shout out and thank you to Triton1 for encoraging me to just go ahead and start medifast instead of waiting through Easter. Thank you so much!!!!

Today marks my first full day and I'm down 11.2 lbs!

I am so happy and I am confidant that I can make it through Easter (and being out of town this weekend) just fine.

I love Medifast!
