Where do I START D:

  • I am a complete exercise-phobe and don't have a clue where to begin!
    I weigh about 210lbs, am completely mobile...but where do I begin? I already do some walking but I'm looking for something a little bit more intense. The only thing I won't do right now is swimming (too self-conscious to undress in public).

    Can anyone suggest a good way to get into doing a decent amount of varied exercise every week?
  • Walk more, or start a C25K program to get you to running.

    Or, you could ride a bike. Outstanding exercise, no impact.
