    Don't forget, walking and eating healthy are actually GOOD for you when you are pregnant :-) I actually lost about twenty pounds while I was pregnant with my daughter ... that was 100% because of constant nausea though, it had nothing to do with me being healthy. LOL Left to my own devices, I totally used it as an excuse. Second time around, I gained 50 lbs.

    Ok, you know what, don't listen to me lol ... I am SO not a good role model.

  • With Liam and Lucy...I gained 50...but most of it was at the end and most of it was water weight. I lost it really quickly last time.


    I'm still following weight watchers sort of...I talked to the PA today and she said to add about 6-10 points on to my normal points. And to just do low impact work outs, which I have been. We have Exercise TV and there's some good low impact dance work outs, some standing ab things that I can do now and some really good stretching work outs...I can't do all of the stretches because I'm not coordinated enough, lol. I also got this pregnancy work out DVD and then the Zumba I have for the Wii...I just can't do it for too long at once or too hard. But I don't want to gain a lot this time, I don't want to completely have to start over.
