Hello

  • Like everyone else who posts on this thread I am new to this site. But I am not new to dieting.
I have been a member of weight watchers off and on for year and while the program does work for other I don't work the program to have it work for me.
I am not following any particular diet plan just trying to watch what I put in my mouth.
I try to get to the gym at least 3 days a week if not more. I run at the gym and have finished the couch to 5K training program and completed my first 5K (I walked/ran the 5K).
I put my weight on when I was pregnant with my son and have never been able to take it off completely. I have been able to drop 20 pounds but never much more than that. I am ready to drop it all!
I am looking forward creating new friendships, giving and getting support and dropping the pounds.
  • Hi!

    Cute nickname!

I've been on weight watchers the last 7 weeks. I like the system and think it's a good way to track and control your eating habits.

But I think it's important to lose weight in a manner that suits you. Healthy, portion controlled eating with regular exercise will work just as well.

Good luck with your weight loss efforts! I know we can do it
