This is what I have had today, maybe someone can help me out. I am using fitday.com to help me keep track.
B-4 celery sticks
1 tbs cream cheese
L-Spinach Salad
1 tbs dressing (2 carbs per serving)
1 oz cheese
D-2 italian sausages
Spinach salad
1/2 tbs dressing
2 oz cheese
Snack
1 can water packed tuna
4 baby carrots
I know while on induction I probably shouldnt be eating carrots, but they looked really good sitting in the fridge. They tasted really sweet though..I dont know why. I am measuring out my foods to get to know portion sizes..but still, I feel like Ive eaten so much today. Is this normal? Am I doing everything wrong? I would like some feedback..to settle my mind a bit
