Hi Dawn and WELCOME! This is a great place for support. We have just about the same weight to lose. Before I started having kids I was 174.25 and needed to lose weight then.... Well 2 kids and 2 years later, I ended up at 193.50 and got fed up! I am now at 181.50 and getting excited.
