I'm Baaaaaack - *sob*

  • Here I go again.

I was pretty successful on IP - lost 100 pounds in 6 months. Kept it off mostly for several months, but then slowly, slowly, started eating a bit more "because it didn't hurt, my clothes fit"... and now? I had to put a bunch of stuff in the spare bedroom closet as it was too small (pants). And shirts are showing a muffin top.

How much did I weigh at my lowest? 155.8
How much was my "low stable"? 157-158
    My "middle stable"? 163-164.
How high did I regain before I jumped on the "oh **** no" wagon? to 178

I'm currently at about 168, and am planning to go down to about 150 (hopefully), at least "under 160."

And this time? I *will* do the phase off properly, not just "I'm there doing Phase 1 all the way, now I can start to add things!" Didn't work. That's how I got to 313 originally.

Wish me luck! I'm on Day 4 now, did my first "official weigh in" yesterday at 170 (was 168 at home that AM). Having to exercise a bit less, as energy is a bit low, but hopefully that will kick back up when I'm in ketosis. I gotta keep hitting the gym!

PS - anyone have a link to the "loose skin" thread? It's the bane of my existance! Muscles taut & toned under the bagginess...

    Me over time:

  • Sorry to see you back but am happy to meet you! I'm not sure this is what you're looking for but on the homepage, on the right side under Articles, the very top one is titled Loose Skin. (I can't include links yet...I'm too new.)

You really were successful. And it's awfully nice to see you again. Kinda sorry about the circumstances. Still, I'm sure you can lose it (she said, casually, not having to put in the effort herself.)
