I believe so. I don't have a scale that can weigh me (yet. it's on the way), but my clothes are a little looser and I am starting to feel great! I am only on my second week, though. My skin is clearer, I have more energy, dark and rough patches on my skin due to insulin resistance are going away, and I sleep so soundly now! The hubs says my butt is shrinking, but in a nicer way, so that makes me smile.

As long as you stick to it, you WILL have success on IP. That's the great thing about it. You're guaranteed.

I strongly agree with Treena, this program work ...if you follow it faithfully. I just finished week 2, down 8 pounds and -11.5 inches. whooohooo! I have tons of energy & have never felt so good in years.
