Normally I'll eat through out the day chicken generally grilled, rice, peaches, hard boiled eggs, tuna fish, and sliced tomatoes or grape tomatoes.

Yes, I seem to be losing just as many inches as pounds too and while the scale creeps along my clothing size is going down quickly. It happens like that sometimes, strange, but I'll take it.

Doesn't it feel fabulous to have more clothing options?
