I am curious as to what day and time of the week do you all weigh in. I weigh in every Sunday morning, so times i have a sneaky look mid week but I dont class it as my weight only what I weigh in on sunday is counted.
I use Sunday as it will give me motivation for the coming week and Im not very good at the weekends eating wise (and booze) but it all seams to balance out with being super good during the week.
I know with clubs like weight watchers you are weighed in on curtain days but do you weigh in any other time of the week?


every day for me, sometimes twice if I had a heavy lunch! I find it keeps me on track better because I think twice about having that snack if I weigh more than the day before. I know I should restrict it to once a week but there could be worse addictions
