As a new member, I just wanted to say that I absolutely LOVE the before / after and progress pics that have been posted or used for avatars. They are truly inspirational.

I hear ya! I find them very inspirational as well! They're a large part of why I have been successful. In the beginning I was jealous and didn't believe that could be me, but some part of my brain also registered them as real people doing this. That's an amazing thing to see.
