  • Hello and welcome. Would you mind if I added you to my buddy list? I am just starting out and don't have any questions right this minute. I am positive that I will though. Especially when I begin adding weight training to my routine. I am an exercise ignoramus! LOL Right now I am just trying to create the habit of having some sort of exercise be a part of my daily life. After all, anything is better than nothing.
